VOLTALPHA

Custom software & automation · Kuwait & GCC

Software and automation you own, not rent.

Custom software, private AI and automation, installed on infrastructure you own — your hardware, or a private cloud server in your own account. Arabic and English. Fixed price, quoted in writing, no subscription lock-in.

Every build starts with a written acceptance test. If it does not pass, the job is not finished.

Why this exists

Most software is rented. This is owned.

You pay every month, the price moves when the vendor decides, and your client records, contracts and internal documents sit on someone else’s platform. VoltAlpha installs the same capability — chat, document search, automation — on infrastructure that belongs to you. You buy it once, you own it, and you can unplug it.

Who it’s for

Built for work that can’t leave the building

Professional firms

Law, accounting, consulting

Privilege, case files, audit trails, board packs — asked about in-house, never pasted into a public chatbot.

Healthcare

Clinics & medical groups

Patient records and correspondence that stay inside your systems. Bilingual Arabic and English by default.

Founders & teams

Privacy-mindful operators

API keys, client lists, product specs and source you don’t want indexed by someone else’s model.

What I build

Two offers, both owned outright

Private document AI

Volt Vault

Fixed setup + optional monthly upkeep

Private document AI for contracts, policies, manuals and client files — in Arabic and English. Runs on your hardware or your private server. Deployed remotely, never phones home.

Local AI workstation

Volt Stack

Fixed price, quoted on request

A local AI workstation for founders and teams that want useful AI without sending their work to public platforms. Local LLM, chat, document search, one custom automation. You own everything.

Also built on request: business automations, AI-first software, websites & apps — privacy-first, on your hardware or your private server. There is no price menu because the honest number depends on your document count, device count and scope — that is exactly what the eight questions establish. You send them in writing; I reply with one fixed figure, what is included, what is excluded, and the acceptance test.

How it works

Three steps, all in writing

01

Written scope

Answer eight questions in writing. You get a fixed price back within 24 hours — one number, with a written scope and a list of what isn’t included. No call. No hourly billing.

02

Built off your network

I build your stack in a matching test environment and test it there. By the time it reaches you, it already works — no access to your systems until handover.

03

Handover

Delivered remotely by default, to hardware you own or a server you control. On-site install and training available inside Kuwait. Seven days of support, plus the runbook and admin credentials.

Nothing here requires speaking to anyone, at any stage, including after you buy. That is deliberate. Everything is written down, which means everything is checkable — by you, later, against what was actually promised.

Eight questions, under ten minutes

Short answers are fine. A fixed price comes back within 24 hours — or a plain answer that it isn’t a fit and why.

  1. What is the one thing you want handled first?
  2. Roughly how often does it happen? A rough number is fine.
  3. Where does that information live today — which system, program or place?
  4. Would that system let something read from it, and does anyone in-house know how? “Not sure” is fine.
  5. Where should this run — hardware you own, or a server you control?
  6. Arabic, English, or both? If both, which carries most of the traffic?
  7. Who will use it, and roughly how many?
  8. Is there a date it needs to be working by — and anything I haven’t asked that would change the answer?

Who’s behind it

One person builds it. One person knows it.

VoltAlpha is built and run by Ahmad S. — self-taught builder, based in Kuwait. Every project is scoped, built and delivered personally — no handoffs, no juniors. Connect on LinkedIn →

If what worries you is who can see your files, every extra person is extra risk. Here there are no extras — not a junior, not a subcontractor, not a support desk, not a vendor’s cloud. When you ask how many people can read your data, the answer is a number I can state exactly.

And if I disappear? At handover you get the full runbook and the administrator credentials. It runs on standard open-source components. If I vanished the next day your system keeps running, and any competent systems engineer can maintain it. Nothing is licensed, keyed or locked to me.
