VoltAlphaAI you own.
VoltAlpha S.P.C. (Kuwait) Arabic + English Deployed remotely

An AI that has read your documents, on a machine you own.

Ask questions of your contracts, policies, manuals, patient or client files — in Arabic or English — and get answers with the source document named. It runs on your hardware or a private server in your own account. It never sends your files anywhere.

Fixed setup + optional monthly upkeep · quoted in writing after a short written scope No prices published here — every engagement is scoped in writing first.

There is a written test, and you agree it before I start. For Volt Vault the entry test is: it answers a question from your own documents, names the document it took the answer from, in under 20 seconds, with the internet cable unplugged. If it doesn’t do that, it isn’t done and you don’t pay the balance. Every tier below has its own test, written into the scope before any money moves.

The problem

Cloud AI is good, and for most work you should use it. The difficulty is narrow and specific: the moment you paste a client file, a contract draft, a patient record or an internal policy into it, that document has left your building and is sitting on infrastructure you do not control, under terms you did not write and cannot change.

For a great deal of business work that is fine. For the documents that make you hesitate before pasting, it isn’t — and hesitating is the correct instinct. Volt Vault is for those documents and only those. If none of your files are in that category, you do not need this, and I would rather say so now than take a deposit.

What you get

An agent that knows your business

Your documents become its memory. Contracts, invoices, manuals, policies, FAQs, training material, mixed Arabic and English freely. When someone asks “what is our refund policy for goods returned after fourteen days,” it answers from your actual policy document and tells you which one — rather than inventing something plausible.

Bilingual, in the language the question arrives in

Arabic and English, both directions. During the build I benchmark candidate models against your documents rather than against a leaderboard, and pick whichever performs best on your material. If the Arabic performance isn’t good enough for the work you need, you hear that in writing before you have paid the balance.

Reachable by your team, not by the internet

Staff reach it from a browser on their phone or laptop over a private network. The agent itself is never exposed to the public internet. If you want it to answer on WhatsApp as well, that is a supported channel — it runs on your own WhatsApp Business account, in your own name, which you can disconnect from me in two clicks without losing your number or your history.

Yours, in writing, from handover

At handover you receive the full runbook, the administrator credentials, and documented configuration. It is built from standard open-source components. Nothing is licensed, keyed, time-limited or locked to me.

Pricing

No prices published here — every engagement is scoped in writing first, so the number is real rather than a guess. Every tier states what done means for it — a test you can run yourself, agreed in writing before the work starts.

Tier What “done” means
Starter Answers a question from your documents, names the source document, in under 20 seconds, with the internet disconnected. One assistant, up to 1,000 documents, 5 accounts.
Standard The above, plus: returns the correct source document for at least 8 of 10 questions you choose in advance, in both Arabic and English. Two assistants, up to 5,000 documents, 20 accounts.
Pro The above, plus: answers a question that requires reading from one of your own business systems, and runs unattended for 7 days with no intervention. Three assistants, up to 25,000 documents, unlimited accounts.
Setup is fixed, quoted in writing, paid in Kuwaiti Dinar. The monthly covers upkeep only — model updates, re-tuning, monitoring, and a named response time. Month to month, 30 days’ notice, no term. Send the eight questions and a fixed price comes back within 24 hours.

Inside Kuwait and outside it — the same price

I work with clients in Kuwait, across the GCC, and internationally. There is no international surcharge and no international discount. Remote deployment is the default everywhere, including inside Kuwait, so distance changes nothing about how the work is done. On-site attendance is available inside Kuwait, priced separately and never assumed.

Everything is quoted, contracted and paid in Kuwaiti Dinar, under a Kuwaiti company (C.R. 539750). Payment by KNET link, or bank transfer where your finance process needs it.

The price is fixed and quoted in writing — in Kuwaiti Dinar. The same price applies inside Kuwait and outside it — there is no international surcharge and no international discount.

I don’t sell hardware. I specify what to buy; you buy it direct from the retailer, in your own name, and you own it from that moment. It does not pass through me and it never appears on an invoice from me — there is no margin on it for me, which is worth knowing when you read the specification. Most businesses already have something suitable.

Why one product is monthly and the other isn’t

Volt Stack is bought once and owned outright. Volt Vault has a monthly figure beside it. The fair question is why you would pay rent on software running on your own hardware. You wouldn’t, and you don’t.

The software is yours from handover. The monthly covers upkeep, and specifically four things:

Month to month, 30 days’ notice, no term, no minimum. Cancel and the system keeps running. It stops improving, and you are on your own when it breaks. That is the honest description of what you would be giving up, and it is the whole of it.

You can also take the setup without the monthly. If you have someone in-house who wants the work, the runbook is written for exactly that person.

What it’s not

Who it’s for

Good fit: law firms, accountancies and consultancies under confidentiality obligations · clinics and medical groups with patient correspondence · family holding companies with large Arabic and English document estates · contractors and logistics firms with technical documentation in both languages · anyone who has already been told by their own policy that cloud AI is not available to them.

Not a fit: fewer than five staff and few documents — Volt Stack is the right product instead · a public-facing website chatbot with no privacy concern — a cloud provider will be cheaper and easier, and you should use one · a coding assistant for software engineers — use a frontier model directly.

How it works

  1. Written scope. You answer eight questions in writing. A fixed price comes back within 24 hours, with the acceptance test spelled out and a list of what is not included. No call.
  2. Build, off-site. I configure and tune against representative documents, in a matching environment. You hear from me once during this, in writing.
  3. Deployment. Remote by default — installed over a private connection to a machine you control. No site visit is needed. If you would rather I came in person, that is available inside Kuwait, priced and stated separately, never assumed.
  4. Acceptance. You test against the criteria you agreed. Seven days to do it. If it passes, it is done and the balance falls due.
  5. Handover. Runbook, administrator credentials, a written walkthrough in Arabic and English for the people who will use it daily.

Questions people actually ask

Who else have you done this for?

Nobody yet. You would be the first, and I would rather you heard that from me than found out later — the whole proposition is that you can trust what I tell you about where your data goes. What I can offer instead of a reference list: the same components I would install for you run my own company today, so I am not learning them on your installation. Every promise is written down before you pay, with the test spelled out, so what you are relying on is a document rather than my reputation. And the price is fixed, so being first does not cost you more.

You’re one person. What if you disappear?

At handover you have the full runbook and the administrator credentials, and it runs on standard open-source components. If I vanished the next day it keeps running, and any competent systems engineer can maintain it from the runbook. Nothing is locked to me.

The other side of that is worth saying: one person is also why nobody else can see your files. No junior, no subcontractor, no support desk, no vendor’s cloud. When you ask how many people have access to your documents, one is the smallest honest answer anyone can give you.

Does it really handle Arabic?

Rather than answer that with an adjective — send one document of your own, in whatever Arabic your business actually writes, and I will run it and send back exactly what comes out, including the parts that come out badly. Before you have paid anything.

Will my documents ever leave the building?

Not in this product. Every external service any part of the job touches is named in writing, in the scope, and you approve that list before anything is built. Where the answer is “nothing leaves,” that is written as a term rather than offered as a reassurance — and the acceptance test is run with the network disconnected, so it is something you can check rather than something you have to believe.

How do I pay?

Half on accepting the quote, half on accepting the delivered work. A KNET link per invoice; bank transfer where your finance process needs it. Kuwaiti Dinar. No VAT in Kuwait as of 2026.

Are you in Kuwait?

Yes. VoltAlpha is a Kuwaiti Single-Person Company, C.R. 539750, and I am in Kuwait. Support, documentation and written correspondence in Arabic or English, whichever you prefer.

Two clients per month. That is the actual cap that keeps every install boring, in the good way.
